Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, teeth whitening products cannot be returned once opened.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The product arrived damaged

• You received the wrong item

• The item was not delivered within 20 business days

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
